Who looks after your information?
Julie McNamara, based in Athens, Greece, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and enquiries about her services. For privacy questions or requests, email julie@juliemcnamaracoaching.com.
What I collect and why
When you contact me, I receive your name, email address and the information you choose to include in your message. I use this to respond, discuss suitable services and arrange any next steps. Please do not include sensitive health information in the contact form.
For enquiries about working together, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other correspondence and keeping the website secure, it is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure business. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services that process information
The contact form uses Formspree to receive and deliver messages. Microsoft 365 processes email correspondence. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These providers process the information needed to provide their services.
Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Formspree hosts data in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers as a processor. You can contact me for information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage relevant follow-up and meet any applicable legal obligations. The nature of the enquiry, whether we begin working together and any need to establish or defend legal claims determine the retention period. If we begin working together, information about client records will be provided separately.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, use the email address above.
You can raise a concern with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, or with the supervisory authority where you live or work in the EEA.
Cookies and website data
I have not added advertising trackers to these pages. Hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery, security, spam prevention and service operation. Their own privacy and cookie notices apply when you use their services.
