Space to think clearly about work and what comes next.

Practical, psychologically informed support for people and organisations navigating pressure, change and burnout.

I support busy professionals who feel overwhelmed or worry they are heading for burnout, helping them regain headspace and decide what needs to change.

Through coaching, I help people make meaningful changes in their work and personal lives. I also support organisations with stress and burnout education and workshops for teams and leaders, drawing on more than 20 years of corporate HR leadership and a psychologically informed approach.

Three ways to work together

01

Coaching

One-to-one coaching for people feeling overwhelmed, concerned about burnout or navigating a change in working life. Executive and career coaching can also support a new management role, a change of career, or a return after maternity leave or illness. Together, we explore what matters to you and identify manageable next steps.

02

Stress & burnout education

Short talks and lunch & learn sessions online or in person, for groups ranging from a small team to a large audience. These can stand alone or form part of wider wellness initiatives or conferences. I explain the signs and effects of sustained stress and burnout, share practical ideas and leave time for questions.

03

Team & leadership workshops

Tailored, interactive sessions of one day or longer for small groups. Through discussion and exercises, we explore the pressures your team is facing and identify practical changes. Topics can include leading through sustained pressure, conversations about workload and boundaries, and supporting teams through change.

Support shaped around you and your working life.

Individuals

You may be carrying too much, questioning your direction or finding it hard to switch off. Our work gives you room to explore what you need and make choices that feel right for you.

Organisations

For organisations that want to address pressure, burnout and change. I work with leaders, teams and HR professionals to shape practical support around what their people need.

Hi, I'm Julie.

I'm a coach, qualified psychotherapist and former corporate HR Director.

I know how much people can carry at work, often without anyone noticing.

I spent more than 20 years in corporate HR, with a career spanning Ireland and Greece. I moved from Dublin to Athens, where I'm now based. Along the way, I worked with leaders and teams through growth, change, difficult decisions and sustained pressure. I've seen how capable, committed people can keep going while edging closer to burnout.

I've been through burnout myself. It changed how I think about work, ambition and wellbeing. I know how easy it is to look as though you're coping while feeling increasingly depleted, and that finding a way forward takes more than a few quick fixes.

My degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and my coaching training sit alongside a practical understanding of working life. In our conversations, there is room to be honest about what's hard and practical about what might change.

I'm available for in-person work in Greece and Ireland, as well as online with clients internationally. I work in English.

A space to pause

I also offer guided sound baths for teams, leadership groups and retreats.

Participants can sit or lie comfortably for a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath with singing bowls and other instruments. It gives them time away from conversation and demands to slow down, settle and rest.

For teams, it offers a shared pause during a demanding period, with the aim of returning to work feeling more rested and able to focus. A sound bath can be booked on its own or included in a workshop or team day.

A few practical questions

How do I know if I'm burning out?

Burnout is linked to prolonged workplace stress. Signs can include feeling drained or exhausted, becoming more detached or negative about work, and feeling less effective in your role. These are the three areas described by the World Health Organization.

You don't need to be certain it's burnout before seeking support. These signs alone can't tell you what's causing them. If they persist or affect your daily life, speak with your GP or another qualified health professional. Coaching can help you explore work pressures and possible changes, but doesn't replace healthcare.

Is coaching right for me?

You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or all the answers. You might feel overwhelmed, be considering a change or simply know that something needs to shift. An initial conversation gives us a chance to explore what you need and whether coaching is a good fit.

How is coaching different from psychotherapy?

The one-to-one service offered here is coaching, focused on your working life, choices and the changes you want to make. My psychotherapy training informs how I work, but coaching sessions are not psychotherapy. If you're unsure which kind of support you need, we can discuss this in an initial conversation.

How many sessions will I need?

There isn't one number that suits everyone. It depends on what brings you to coaching, what you'd like to change and the pace that works for you. We can discuss a starting plan in our initial conversation and review it together as we go, so the support stays relevant to your needs.

Can we work online or in person?

I work online with clients internationally and offer in-person work in Greece and Ireland, by arrangement. All sessions are in English.

How do I arrange a talk or workshop?

Get in touch with a little about your group, what you'd like to address and any dates you have in mind. Short educational talks suit groups of any size. Workshops offer a deeper, interactive experience over a day or longer for small groups. We can discuss the format that best suits your needs.

Let’s talk about what is happening - and what might help.

An initial conversation is informal and without obligation. We can explore what you or your organisation needs and whether my approach is the right fit.
